Refund policy

Unframed prints, framed prints: Due to all items being printed to order we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there is a problem with your order, or if it arrived damaged please contact us straight away and we be more than happy to help.

Personalised Prints: Please note that personalised items and are non-refundable unless faulty. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details are entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are not liable for errors made by the customer when inputting personalisation.

Wall stickers: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as along as the stickers have not been used or peeled from the sheet. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once your item has been returned and inspected we will contact you to confirm the refund.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the items only (once safely received), but original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you’d like us to resend the order, new shipping charges will apply.
