We use print labs in the UK, EU, USA and Australia. Your order will ship from the closest lab or, in some cases, the most economical route (without compromising delivery time).

Customs & Import Duties
USA Customers

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail’s Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service.

This means all customs duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost.

You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.
Other International Customers

Orders delivered outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

These are applied once the order reaches its destination, and you are responsible for payment.

If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is returned, we will refund the cost of the items only (once safely received). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
